Crease & Community is an adult-oriented planning fieldbook for players, coaches, team managers, volunteers, parents and community helpers. Adults remain responsible for participant consent, supervision, age suitability, local ground rules and decisions about whether a cricket activity is appropriate. The app is not designed for children to use independently.
The app provides bundled practice cards, a six-ball session composer, a field-position visualiser, matchday preparation prompts, equipment checks, role guides, community-table ideas, safety gates and source notes. It is an offline preparation aid, not an official fixture, membership, scoring, attendance, medical, incident, messaging or emergency-management system.
The app does not collect or transmit personal information to B.O.P. Indian Sports Club Incorporated or to an app-operated server. It does not request names, dates of birth, photos, audio, contacts, device identifiers, precise location, membership details, attendance, payment information or health records. The app has no backend.
The app stores only small structured choices in app-private preferences: selected practice-card numbers, six composer token numbers, an eight-zone field bitmask and general equipment-check states. These choices are not linked to a player identity and are used only to restore the fieldbook on that device.
Crease & Community does not provide player profiles, rosters, attendance sheets, score histories, injury records, medical records, incident reports, safeguarding files, precise-location logs, photo uploads or free-text notes. Users should not attempt to use the app as a substitute for authorised club or competition recordkeeping.
The app requests no dangerous Android permissions. It does not request Internet, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, notification, storage, Bluetooth or location access. Displaying bundled images and saving the limited local choices described above require no special permission.
The app has no registration, login, password, membership or cloud account. Account deletion is therefore not applicable. Local choices can be removed with the in-app reset control, by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or by uninstalling the app.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, attribution, social-media, remote-configuration, crash-reporting, payment or behavioural-profiling SDK. It does not access the advertising identifier and does not create profiles for personalised marketing.
Because the app does not transmit personal data to the responsible entity or an app server, it does not sell, rent or disclose app-collected personal information. The limited choices stored locally remain on the device unless the user independently exposes device contents.

Selected practice numbers, composer token numbers, field-zone state and equipment-check states remain locally until the user resets them, clears app storage or uninstalls the app. The responsible entity sets no remote retention period because it receives no copy of this state.
The in-app reset removes all saved fieldbook choices. Clearing Android app storage or uninstalling removes all app-created state. Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled for this app, so the app does not intentionally move the local state to another device. Device-level forensic or operating-system behaviour remains outside the app's control.
The app minimises risk by operating without a backend, omitting network permission, avoiding sensitive input and storing only small non-identifying numeric choices in app-private preferences. No software or device is perfectly secure. Users should protect the device with suitable system updates, access controls and physical care.
