On-device troubleshooting
Four common checks
The app has no server, login or sync service. Reinstallation restores bundled content but cannot restore local choices because backup and device transfer are disabled.
A card selection is missing
The local hand holds up to four practice-card numbers. Remove a card before adding another, or use the Kit Crate reset to start again.
The composer changed
Each ball cycles independently through six intention numbers. Tap the slot until the desired intention returns.
Clear all local choices
Open Kit Crate and choose “Reset all local choices,” clear app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
A source will not open
Source addresses are plain reference text. The Android app has no Internet permission or in-app browser; use an independent browser if appropriate.
